Growing up I gave massages not knowing how intense and complex our body is. Never did I realize how much damage & strain we put on ourselves, whether it’s physical labor from stay at home mom/dad, to sitting in an non-ergonomic office, carrying heavy stress loads of tangible and intangible things, including emotional drudgery. I found myself away from the world not knowing what I was doing yet enjoying the moment. Loved that I felt superior knowing I helped someone get an immense spark of energy from a moment of relaxation. I’m here today to pursue what I started as a kid and graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT in April 2012. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Connecticut state Licensed Massage Therapist and member of the AMTA. Now better educated of the human body and skilled on tissue manipulation, I can help everyone ease their discomforts through my unique techniques.
